Overview
Jandovitz Construction, LLC was formed in 2003 by General Contractor, Tom Jandovitz. Prior to beginning his own company, Tom worked for luxury homebuilders in the Fairfield County area.
Jandovitz Construction work varies from new spec and custom home building to kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodel/renovation work.
Tom has excellent vision, but also works with talented architects, and can provide complete design services, if needed, whether for an addition, remodel, or a new home.

Beyond handling and coordinating your entire building or remodel project, Tom will also provide you with guidance and information regarding building, zoning, and town regulations. He will guide you through the often confusing permit process and obtain all necessary inspections throughout the course of your project.

About the Builder
Tom was born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He grew up in New Canaan, and left for a brief time to pursue his college education at the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Tom is married and has three children.
